The current warranty is for 12 months. Coverage depends on the repair type and is confirmed by the shop at drop-off. Keep your receipt or repair record.
What a repair warranty is intended to cover
A repair warranty covers faults in the fitted part and workmanship of the repair during the confirmed warranty period.
What it does not normally cover
- New accidental, impact, liquid or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised work or a separate component failure.
- Data loss, software issues or faults unrelated to the original repair.
- Devices that cannot be safely tested because of other existing damage.
Diagnostics and estimates
An initial description is not a final diagnosis. We may need to inspect and test the device before confirming repair scope, parts availability, turnaround time or final cost.
Your data
Back up important information where possible before handing over a device. Repair work can involve risk to data, particularly when a device is already damaged or unstable.
